Freelancer Invoicing provides sovereign financial tooling for solo contractors, freelancers, and boutique agencies. Features include multi-business profile management, integer-precision invoice calculations, tokenized zero-login client links, PDF generation, recurring retainers, and single-click JSON data backups.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security compromise.
4. Pricing, Plans & Preview Period
The Starter tier is free forever with no credit card required. Paid tiers (Pro and Studio) provide advanced multi-business and automation features. During our Early Access Preview period, all platform features are provided free of charge for testing and operational use.
5. User Data Ownership & Portability
You retain exclusive ownership of all invoices, client contact information, and business profiles you create. We claim zero ownership or commercial rights over your data. You may export your entire database at any time as an open JSON archive with 1 click.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service to generate invoices for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes, or to transmit malicious content via client links. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freelancer Invoicing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform.
